With over two decades of experience in education, the Founder has dedicated her life to helping learners and teachers grow through reflection, creativity, and application.

She began her journey as an assistant teacher for nursery learners, where her passion for nurturing curiosity and confidence first took root. Over the years, she advanced through multiple roles — Teacher, Academic Coordinator, Vice Principal, and Principal — gaining deep insights into how meaningful learning happens when learners are encouraged to think and reflect.

Having worked with reputed educational institutions across India, the Founder’s professional path has been both diverse and impactful. She has led curriculum design and launches, handled school affiliations, and contributed to academic marketing and outreach. Her work has also included conducting numerous orientations, workshops, and teacher training programmes — both online and offline — empowering educators to embrace reflective and student-centred teaching.

For the past 20 years, the Founder has successfully conducted tuitions and enrichment programmes in both offline and online formats, continuously adapting to digital education and enhancing her technical skills to reach a wider community of learners.

She has also participated in national and world record events organised in schools, celebrating innovation, collaboration, and learner engagement — experiences that reinforced her belief that education should go beyond textbooks and create memorable learning journeys.

During her Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching and Learning, she found her true calling in metacognition, reflection, and formative assessment, which inspired her to create a reflective learning framework:

“Apply · Articulate · Evaluate · Reflect – Test Myself.”

This evolved into Sandpan Skills, a visionary educational initiative that blends reflective learning with 21st-century competencies, preparing learners and teachers to think critically, learn independently, and grow purposefully.
